About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Founder’s Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience working closely with the founder across business development, marketing, research, communication, and day-to-day business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, learning quickly, communicating with people, and getting exposure to how a growing business operates from the founder’s perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the founder on day-to-day business and strategic tasks.

Assist with business research, market research, and competitor analysis.

Create presentations, social media creatives, documents, and other visual content using Canva.

Use AI tools to improve research, content creation, productivity, and business workflows.

Assist with cold emailing, outreach, and lead generation.

Make and handle qualified calls with potential clients, candidates, partners, or other stakeholders.

Support follow-ups through email, WhatsApp, and calls.

Assist with preparing reports, maintaining databases, and organizing information.

Support the founder in new projects, campaigns, and business initiatives.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic to good knowledge of Canva.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar AI platforms.





Understanding of cold emailing and professional email communication.

Comfortable making and receiving professional calls.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.

Good research, organization, and problem-solving skills.
