- Location: Iritty, Kannur
- Monitor daily sales performance of the sales team.
- Allocate sales responsibilities and customer handling among team members.
- Support the team in achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, customer leads, and potential sales.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer conversion.
- Monitor product movement and ensure effective presentation of jewellery
- Supervise and guide Sales Executives and other floor staff.
- Conduct daily briefings regarding targets, products, offers, schemes, and showroom activities.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Support new employees and trainees in understanding showroom procedures.
- Motivate the team and maintain a positive working environment.
- Experience : 5–10 years of relevant experience in jewellery, retail, luxury retail, or showroom sales management is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
