Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant role based in Indore.

The Financial

Accountant will prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with relevant standards, and timely reporting. The role includes managing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, supporting monthly and annual closing processes, and assisting with audits and internal controls.

Accountant will use accounting software to maintain records, generate reports, and support management with financial insights for planning and decision-making. The position also involves collaborating with advisory and project teams to provide financial data,



respond to queries, and contribute to process improvements and efficiency within client engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
- Strong hold on Taxation direct and indirect.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements in line with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools used for bookkeeping, reporting, and data analysis.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying trends, variances, and risks, and providing data-driven recommendations.
- CA, CA drop out, MBA finance, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation basics, and internal controls.
- Solid attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
