Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural and mechanical components.
- Develop and prepare FEA models, meshes, boundary conditions, and load cases.
- Conduct static, modal, buckling, thermal, and fatigue analysis as required.
- Analyze and interpret simulation results and prepare technical reports.
- Perform stress, deformation, vibration, and structural integrity assessments.
- Support design optimization and recommend design improvements based on analysis results.
- Correlate FEA results with hand calculations and test results.
- Work closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Testing teams.
- Follow applicable engineering standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
