Role Description This full-time Production Supervisor role is an in office position based in Surat.

The Production

Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, coordinating production schedules, managing resources and materials, and resolving operational issues in real time. The role involves supervising and guiding production staff, conducting shift briefings, and maintaining clear communication with quality,



maintenance, and supply chain teams.

The Production

Supervisor will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain documentation and reports, and support compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to align capacity, materials, and timelines.
- Candidates should possess solid Production Management capabilities to oversee processes, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate across teams and provide clear instructions and feedback.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or agro-chemical/industrial production environments is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices, and basic data analysis is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, industrial production, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shift-based operations and adapt to dynamic production requirements.
