Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily MIS related to fabric production, inward, outward, stock, consumption, wastage, and balance inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fabric reports as required by management.
- Maintain fabric-wise, lot-wise, color-wise, quality-wise, and order-wise stock records.
- Monitor fabric receipts from suppliers.
- Record and reconcile fabric inward and outward transactions with physical stock and ERP/system records.
- Monitor pending fabric receipts, deliveries, processing status, and material requirements.
- Prepare fabric availability and shortage reports against production/order requirements.
- Identify discrepancies between physical stock and system/MIS records and coordinate for timely correction.
- Maintain records of fabric rejection, and reprocessing.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of fabric-related records, challans, GRNs, issue slips, transfer notes, and other documents.
- Ensure timely updating of ERP/MIS systems and maintain data accuracy.




- Support month-end stock reconciliation and assist in physical stock verification.
- Perform other MIS and reporting activities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of fabric inventory, production processes, and textile/garment operations.
- Experience with ERP/MIS software; knowledge of textile/garment ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up with concerned departments.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com / BBA / Textile-related qualification.

Experience

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Fabric MIS, Fabric Stores, Inventory, or textile/garment manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
