- Manage day-to-day maintenance and operations of the property/site.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, and other facility services.
- Ensure the property is clean, protected, well-maintained, and presentable.
- Handle maintenance complaints and resolve issues on time.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor facility expenses, supplies, and maintenance records.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Prepare basic reports and coordinate with management for facility-related requirements.
Pay: ₹16,243.91 - ₹61,935.91 per month
