? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced EXIM professional with strong core knowledge and hands-on experience in DGFT and ICEGATE operations. The candidate should have practical exposure to Foreign Trade Policy, DGFT authorizations, Customs procedures, Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, export incentives, import-export documentation, claim processing, reconciliation and regulatory compliance.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling DGFT and ICEGATE-related activities and coordinating with government authorities and clients.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle DGFT-related applications, authorizations, amendments, compliances and closures

✅ Work on Advance Authorization, EPCG and other applicable DGFT schemes

✅ Handle DGFT portal activities and documentation as per Foreign Trade Policy (FTP)

✅ Manage ICEGATE portal operations and Customs-related documentation

✅ Review Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry and other import-export documents

✅ Handle Customs Duty Drawback, Brand Rate Drawback and Deemed Drawback claims

✅ Process and monitor RoDTEP and other applicable export incentive benefits





✅ Track export perks, pending claims and realization of eligible incentives

✅ Verify import-export documentation and identify discrepancies

✅ Handle claim processing, follow-ups, reconciliation and closure

✅ Prepare and maintain EXIM MIS, claim trackers and reconciliation reports

✅ Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, consultants, clients and internal teams

✅ Keep track of changes in DGFT notifications, public notices, Customs regulations and Foreign Trade Policy

✅ Ensure timely and accurate regulatory compliance

? Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills

⭐ Preferred Candidate

Candidates with strong practical and core knowledge of DGFT and ICEGATE who can independently manage DGFT authorizations, Customs documentation, export incentive claims, EXIM compliance and coordination with government authorities will be preferred.
