Role Description The Executive – Regulatory Affairs (Cosmetics) role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves preparing and reviewing regulatory documentation and dossiers for cosmetic products, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include tracking regulatory updates relevant to cosmetics, coordinating with internal teams and clients to gather required information, and submitting applications and responses to regulatory authorities. The Executive will support audits and inspections, maintain accurate records and databases,



and contribute to process improvements that streamline regulatory workflows. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely product approvals and market access.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Regulatory Documentation and Dossier Preparation for cosmetic products.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Regulatory Requirements and Regulatory Compliance in the cosmetics domain.
- Candidates should possess experience in Regulatory Affairs, including liaison with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
- Understanding of domestic and international cosmetic regulations and standards (e.g., BIS, FDA/EU guidelines) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency with documentation tools, spreadsheets, and regulatory tracking systems is an advantage.
