The Role

As an Inside Sales Associate at Rimigo, you will be the primary point of contact for travellers looking to plan and book their next trip.

This is a client-facing role that requires you to be proactive, consultative, and detail-oriented - from the first conversation to the final booking confirmation and on-trip assistance.

What You’ll Do
Speak with users who sign up or show interest on the platform
Understand customer preferences, budgets, travel style, and trip goals
Help customers decide destinations, itineraries, and experiences
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Coordinate flights,



hotels, activities, visas, transport, and other travel requirements
Manage booking modifications, follow-ups, and customer communication
Build trust and provide a high-quality travel planning experience

What We’re Looking For
Solid sales ability
Robust communication in Hindi and English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in customer experience or customer service management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
