Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound and inbound calls, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

The Inside Sales

Executive will present IT solutions, prepare and share proposals, follow up on opportunities, and support the closure of sales in coordination with the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CRM records, responding to customer queries,



collaborating with delivery and technical teams, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales and lead generation targets.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales and Sales skills, including chance qualification and pipeline management.
Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation capabilities, including cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, handle objections, and support client needs.
Relevant experience in IT solutions or technology services sales is preferred.
Ability to work with CRM tools, analyze basic sales metrics, and manage documentation effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
