Job Overview

DAMAC Advisor is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment support, attendance, and HR operations.

The role will also involve regular visits to company/project sites during the week, so the candidate should be comfortable with travelling within Mumbai as required.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters.
Assist in joining formalities, employee engagement, and company policies.
Support payroll-related activities and provide necessary attendance/employee data.
Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR concerns.




Coordinate with different teams and ensure smooth HR operations.
Visit company/project sites during the week for employee coordination and HR-related requirements.
Prepare regular HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Support management with other HR and administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
Experience in real estate, construction, sales, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
Comfortable using MS Office / Google Workspace.
Should be comfortable travelling to project/company sites during the week.
