Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations including hiring, onboarding, employee records.
Drive recruitment and coordinate hiring for multiple positions.
Plan and support employee training and development initiatives.
Guide employees on HR policies, processes and compliance requirements.
Analyze HR data and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
Key Requirements-
Robust understanding of recruitment and HR.
Positive knowledge of onboarding, payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle HR data and work independently.
