Job Title: Java Full Stack – React Developer

Location: Chennai / Pune

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality GenAI, Java, and React full-stack applications.
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and technology decisions.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
6 years of qualified software development experience.
Strong experience in GenAI and Java/React Full Stack Development.
Solid proficiency in Java 17+.
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
Robust understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and React applications.
Good understanding of Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have
Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks.
Experience with GenAI application development and integration.
Knowledge of modern AI/LLM-based application architectures.
