What You’ll Be Doing
Own customer relationships and build long-term connections.
Handle inbound & outbound calls to identify and create business opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right Delhivery solutions.
Drive upselling & cross-selling across existing customers.
Focus on customer retention, engagement & overall experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer queries.
Work towards sales, revenue, retention & engagement targets.
Keep track of leads, opportunities and customer information through CRM & sales tools.
Who Are We Looking For?
1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Account Management / Customer Success / Relationship Management.
Freshers are welcome too! — if you have excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in sales.
Solid verbal & written communication.
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
Good relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented, proactive and hungry to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace & CRM tools.
