The Import–Export Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end export documentation, invoicing, customs clearance coordination, and compliance to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and quotations.
· Handle all export documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Provide required documents to CHA for customs clearance.
· Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines.
· Track export shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
· Handle BRC, Road Tap, and related export formalities.
· Coordinate with bank, finance, and internal teams for export-related matters.
· Maintain proper records of all export documents and shipments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
