We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join its growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting company services, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Explain company services and offerings to potential clients.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide regular updates on lead status and sales progress.





Required Skills and Qualifications
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
Ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Educational Qualification
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.

Preferred Qualifications
Fresher candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, lead generation, or sales will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
