Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves understanding client manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze manpower requirements from clients and hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Negotiate and coordinate offers, joining formalities, and candidate closures.




Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or Staffing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
Target-oriented, proactive, and confident personality.
