A2IT InternEdge is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive who can manage internal hiring for A2IT and, at the same time, actively identify current job and internship opportunities for our students.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with companies, finding suitable openings for freshers and interns, coordinating recruitment drives, and supporting A2IT's own hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Student Placement & Opportunities
Identify and connect with companies offering jobs and internships for freshers and students.
Develop relationships with HR managers, recruiters, startups, IT companies, and corporate organizations.
Search for suitable job/internship openings through LinkedIn, Indeed, company websites, job portals, and other channels.
Share relevant opportunities with eligible A2IT students and coordinate applications.
Organize interviews, recruitment drives, and campus/virtual hiring activities.
Maintain a database of companies, recruiters, job openings, and student placements.
Follow up with companies regarding interview results, selections, and joining.
Work toward increasing the number of job and internship opportunities available to A2IT students.
