HR Key Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Source and recruit candidates with relevant experience and an understanding of luxury, fashion, premium customer service and brand culture.
Interview & Candidate Assessment Conduct structured interviews, background checks and reference checks to ensure the right talent and cultural fit.
Talent Pipeline Management Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key, specialised and future roles across the organisation.
Job Descriptions & Hiring Briefs Develop explicit, structured and role-specific job descriptions and hiring briefs aligned with organisational requirements.
Onboarding & Joining Formalities Manage the complete employee onboarding process, including documentation, induction, orientation and joining formalities.
Performance Management Establish clear KPIs and KRAs for every department and support periodic performance reviews, feedback and improvement plans.
Professional Standards & Grooming Establish and maintain standards for skilled appearance, communication, conduct, grooming and workplace etiquette in line with the expectations of a luxury brand.




Brand Culture & Values Ensure employees understand and embody the brand's positioning, heritage, values, aesthetic and standards of excellence in their day-to-day work.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in HR, talent acquisition or people management, preferably within the luxury, fashion, retail or premium lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of luxury brand culture, professional etiquette and premium customer experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
Ability to identify and attract high-quality, specialised talent.
Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Professional, polished and confident personality with strong discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to establish and maintain qualified standards, workplace culture and employee accountability.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle employee concerns and workplace situations sensitively and effectively.
