Key Responsibilities
Coordinate student placements and interview processes
Build and maintain relationships with companies
Develop current client/company tie-ups for placement opportunities
Coordinate with HR teams and hiring companies
Track placement activities and follow up with candidates
Support the team in achieving placement targets
Preferred Skills
1+ year experience in HR / Recruitment / Placement Coordination
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Solid follow-up and relationship-building ability
Target-oriented and proactive approach
