We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain medical devices and their advantages, and convert qualified leads into customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust and solid relationships with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
Explain product features, perks, and usage while addressing customer queries.
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects.
Coordinate with Clinical, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
Track follow-ups, sales activities, and conversions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities and share relevant insights with management.
Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Sales, or a similar role.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Solid relationship-building and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and resilient.
Empathy and sensitivity when interacting with patients and their families.
Healthcare/MedTech sales experience will be an added advantage.
