We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Fresher to join our mental health clinic. This is a outstanding chance for someone who wants to start their career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work professionally in a people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain employee documents and HR records.
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements.
Help with daily HR administration and documentation.
Support employee engagement activities.
Assist senior management with HR-related tasks and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Follow company policies and HR procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Professional and positive attitude.
Candidates with internship experience in HR will be an advantage.
Working Schedule 6 days working per week. Weekend working may be required as per clinic requirements and business needs.
