IT HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1+ Year

We are looking for an IT HR Recruiter with around 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in IT recruitment, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and other requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate directly with clients regarding requirements, candidate profiles, interview schedules,



and feedback.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
Maintain and update candidate and recruitment status in internal trackers.
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in IT recruitment/HR recruitment.
Valuable understanding of IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong client communication and coordination skills.
Valuable interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals is preferred
