High Pro Feeds is looking for a responsible and organized HR & Payroll Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and payroll operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, attendance, salary processing, statutory compliance, and supporting the overall HR functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, incentives, and other payroll components.
Prepare monthly salary statements and payslips.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and personnel files.
Handle employee joining, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Assist in recruitment, interview coordination, and employee documentation.
Manage leave and attendance records.
Coordinate with employees regarding salary, attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.
Assist with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory HR/payroll requirements.
Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of employee-related documents and registrations.




Prepare HR and payroll reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
Support management in implementing company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
Degree / Diploma in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant HR and payroll experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in salary and payroll processing is essential.
Good knowledge of attendance, leave, overtime, and salary calculations.
Knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with HR/payroll software will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
Experience in a manufacturing / industrial workplace will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
