About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented and highly organized Junior HR Resource to support Group HR operations across multiple business entities. This role combines HR operations, employee engagement, internal communications, employer branding and workplace administration while ensuring an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute birthdays, work anniversaries, festivals, team lunches, dinners and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate employee gifting, welcome kits and recognition initiatives.
Draft internal HR announcements, newsletters and company communications.
Manage HR-related social media, employer branding and content writing.
Support onboarding, induction and joining formalities.
Create Microsoft IDs, email accounts and complete biometric enrolments.
Manage employee records, attendance, leave and profiles in Keka HRMS.
Issue employee ID cards and coordinate branded merchandise.
Maintain office stationery and employee assets.
Conduct weekly employee connect sessions and address employee grievances.
Support interview scheduling and recruitment coordination.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
02 years of HR experience. Freshers with relevant internships may apply.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid content writing and email drafting abilities.
Knowledge of Keka HRMS is preferred.
Good understanding of employee engagement and employer branding.
Social media management skills.
Robust coordination and event management abilities.
Good interpersonal and grievance-handling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
