Super Worth Bio is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. We deal in scientific, laboratory and biotechnology products supplied to research institutes, universities, hospitals, laboratories and other organisations.
The person will be responsible for speaking with existing and prospective customers, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations and regularly following up on enquiries until closure.
This is a valuable prospect for someone who is confident on calls, comfortable speaking with customers and wants to build a career in B2B sales.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales enquiries through calls, email and WhatsApp.
Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing.
Build relationships with laboratories, research institutes, universities, hospitals and other customers.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and new requirements.
Work towards monthly sales and follow-up targets.
What We Are Looking For
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Organised and responsible with customer enquiries.
Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, B2B sales or business development will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in laboratory, scientific, healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology products will have an added advantage.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
