Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive to handle day-to-day IT infrastructure, hardware troubleshooting, network connectivity, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and standard software (Windows, MS Office, Google Workspace, antivirus).

Network & ISP Management: Manage office internet connections, Wi-Fi routers, LAN/WAN cabling, switches, and liaise with ISPs for downtime issues.

Troubleshooting: Resolve daily user issues regarding system performance, OS failures, network drops, remote access, and peripherals.

Data Backup & Security: Oversee daily/weekly data backups, enforce password security,



and maintain up-to-date antivirus software across devices.

Asset & License Control: Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware devices, IT peripherals, system repairs, and software licenses.

Biometric & CCTV Support: Assist in maintaining biometric attendance machines and CCTV surveillance setups.

Key Requirements

Education: B.E. / B.Tech (IT/CS/ECE), B.Sc (IT), or diploma in computer hardware/networking.

Experience: 3+ years of proven desktop and network support experience.

Technical Skills: Robust diagnostic skills in PC hardware, Windows OS, router configuration, LAN troubleshooting, and basic network protocols.

Soft Skills: Quick problem-solving ability and transparent communication

Pay: ₹10,699.89 - ₹35,000.00 per month
