Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records in line with organizational policies. This full time, in office role based in Noida involves supporting employee life cycle activities, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with performance management and appraisal systems. The role includes handling employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Executive will also help implement HR policies, ensure regulatory and statutory compliance, coordinate training initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end HR processes.
Experience in talent acquisition
Experience in hiring candidates across platforms
Skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, supporting engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive work culture.
Ability to interpret, implement, and improve HR Policies in alignment with organizational goals and local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with robust attention to detail and organization.
Comfort working in office in Noida, with the ability to collaborate across teams and maintain confidentiality.
Prior experience in education, training, or mental health-focused organizations is beneficial.
