Role & responsibilities
Recruitment: Source resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews.
Onboarding: Handle onboarding docs and coordination for current hires.
Preferred candidate profile MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and solid organizational skills.
Must be located within commutable distance to Zirakpur / willing to relocate.
