Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and support a positive, compliant workplace workplace.

Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, maintaining employee records, and coordinating performance management activities. The role involves handling employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and local labor regulations.

Executive will also collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and training needs. This is a full time, in office role based in Surat.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and talent management.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant processes and documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and support for workplace well-being.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and HR best practices; prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
