Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time,



hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and assisting with performance management activities.

The Human Resources

Executive will implement and monitor HR policies, support employee relations by addressing queries and concerns, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining HR documentation and reports, and collaborating with managers to foster a positive, secure, and inclusive workplace culture aligned with TAKSH’s values.
