About the role:

We're hiring aggressively right now — Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, Costing, and Client Servicing roles are all live — and we need a sharp, excellent communicator to own candidate sourcing and hiring coordination. This is primarily a hiring-focused role to start, but as you prove yourself, there's real room to grow into broader HR responsibilities — onboarding, employee engagement, policy, and more.

Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates across LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, and other platforms for our open roles
Call and coordinate with shortlisted candidates — scheduling interviews, confirming availability, and following up on status
Maintain a hiring tracker with candidate status, interview feedback,



and offer/joining timelines
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and share feedback promptly
Draft and send offer letters and joining/onboarding communication
As you settle in, take on additional HR responsibilities — onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and other generalist HR tasks

Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply)
Excellent spoken and written English — this role involves daily calls with candidates and needs to represent 9M professionally
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Comfortable with high call volumes and coordinating across multiple open roles at once
Organized, proactive, and eager to grow into a broader HR function
