Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Field Support Engineer with hands-on experience in field IT support and hardware troubleshooting, particularly for laptops and desktop systems. The candidate will be responsible for visiting different locations as required and resolving hardware-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
Provide in office/field IT support at different clients locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues.
Troubleshoot issues related to RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, battery, display, keyboard, charging ports, etc.
Install, replace, configure, and maintain IT hardware and peripherals.
Perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and replacement, when required.
Maintain records of hardware issues, repairs, replacements,



and assets.
Ensure timely resolution of field support tickets and technical issues.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Field Support / Desktop Support.
Robust hands-on experience in laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Positive knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, Windows OS, and basic networking.
Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel to different locations as per business requirements.
Travel expenses/reimbursement will be provided by the company as per company policy.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field-level technical issues.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
