Key Responsibilities
Operations: Supervise departments like the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and lead employees to maintain high service standards.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, track financial records, and set pricing or room rates.
Guest Relations: Welcome visitors, handle feedback or complaints, and resolve issues quickly.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure the property complies with health, safety, licensing, and security regulations.
