Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support payroll, attendance tracking, and compliance-related activities.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and assist in grievance handling.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with different departments to support manpower planning and training requirements.

Additional Candidate Preferences:
Completed Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of HR experience are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
