Role Overview

Support organizational growth by assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, performance systems, and HR operations while gaining practical exposure to core HR functions.The HR Trainee role provides hands‑on experience in human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, and compliance. This position is designed to build foundational HR skills while contributing to a collaborative and professional workplace setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
Foster positive employee relations and assist in resolving grievances fairly and promptly.
Support performance management, employee evaluations, and feedback processes.
Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills.




Handle HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA is preferred for advanced career progression.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Robust problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
