Role Description The Information Technology Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, user systems, and software used to support immigration consulting operations. The manager will plan and implement IT policies, maintain data security and backups, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection standards.

Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal teams with technical needs.

Manager will also lead small IT projects, manage upgrades, and collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and user systems.
Strong skills in system administration, data security, backup management, and basic database oversight.
Ability to manage IT projects, coordinate with vendors, and implement technology policies and procedures.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing user support in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with compliance and data protection practices, preferably in professional services or consulting firms.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Effective communication skills, solid analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in managing IT in small to mid-sized organizations; exposure to immigration or legal services is an advantage.
