Role Description The Housekeeping Associate is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Madurai Area. The role involves performing daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include making beds, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, and handling laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens.

The Housekeeping

Associate will respond to guest requests, report maintenance issues,



follow safety and sanitation procedures, and adhere to company standards. The role may also involve supporting training of new team members and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
Strong housekeeping and laundry skills, including handling linens, cleaning equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and team members in a professional manner.
Good organization skills to manage daily tasks, prioritize work, and maintain orderly storage of supplies.
Ability to participate in and support training activities for new or existing housekeeping staff.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.
Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or healthcare facilities is an advantage.
