NexaCore IT is looking for an enthusiastic IT Infrastructure Intern to support our client IT environments and gain hands-on exposure to real-time infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic IT infrastructure and technical support to clients.
Assist with desktop, laptop, printer, software and connectivity issues.
Support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and basic network troubleshooting.
Assist with system setup, software installation and user configuration.
Support IT asset tracking and basic infrastructure documentation.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve client support requests.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking
Windows OS and software troubleshooting
Understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Basic knowledge of routers, switches and Wi-Fi
Positive problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to learn and work in a client-support workplace
Who Can Apply Students or fresh graduates from Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech, Diploma or related fields with a solid interest in IT infrastructure and technical support.
