Key Responsibilities
Lead design development and comprehensive construction documentation.
Manage client communication and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
Mentor and guide mid-level and junior designers to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate FF&E; selection, material sourcing, and vendor communication.
Prepare BOQs and support project costing and procurement.
Uphold the studio's design standards, project scope, and qualified values throughout every stage of the project.

Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in luxury residential or commercial interior projects.
Robust expertise in construction drawings and design documentation.
Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E;).




Practical understanding of BOQs, project costing and market rates.
Strong design awareness with a keen understanding of contemporary and emerging interior design trends.
Emotionally mature, composed and capable of managing clients and teams effectively.

Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
AutoCAD.
SketchUp with rendering.
Strong material and finish knowledge.
BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
Design presentation and client communication.
Team leadership and coordination.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
