We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Developer with a strong Java background to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IBM BPM development, workflow implementation, and Java-based application development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain business process workflows using IBM BPM.
Design and implement BPM solutions based on business and functional requirements.
Develop integrations with enterprise applications using Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
Work with Java/J2EE, Spring, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams.




Follow Agile development practices and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.

Required Skills
36 years of experience in software development.
Robust hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow.
Robust Java/J2EE development background.
Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integration.
Good knowledge of Java, Spring, XML, JSON, and SQL.
Understanding of BPM workflows, process applications, coaches, services, and integrations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
