Key Responsibilities
Hub Management: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, facility safety, and organization standards.
Sorting &
Processing:

Supervise warehouse staff as incoming shipments arrive from regional centers, sorting parcels by destination ZIP/PIN codes.
Dispatch &
Route Planning:

Create delivery run sheets, assign routes to drivers or riders, and match loads to available bike or van capacity.
Rider Management: Conduct daily attendance, briefings, and rider performance tracking to maintain delivery schedules.
Reconciliation &
Reporting:

Track cash collection and Cash on Delivery (COD) deposits, handle undelivered or returned items, and submit day-end operational reports.

Required Skills &
Qualifications
Experience:



1 to 4 years working in logistics, e-commerce supply chains, or courier hub operations.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using logistics ERP software, enterprise management apps, and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Communication: Proficiency in English alongside local vernacular languages to coordinate effectively with drivers and support teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to manage high-pressure shift work, resolve real-time delivery exceptions, and handle route delays.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
