Country Inn Premier Mussoorie is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, valuable grooming standards, and a willingness to deliver high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.
Ensure all housekeeping areas are maintained with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Assist in room preparation, cleaning, and replenishment of guest amenities.
Handle guest requests and queries related to housekeeping in a polite and qualified manner.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the concerned supervisor.
Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials properly.
Coordinate with other hotel departments whenever required to ensure smooth guest service.
Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
