We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and leadership-driven Nursing Staff to oversee all nursing operations, clinical workflows, and patient care management across wards, ICU, and trauma emergency units.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and direct all nursing service activities across the hospital.
Supervise ward incharges, ICU nursing teams, and emergency duty rosters.
Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control guidelines, and hospital accreditation standards.
Conduct regular training, onboarding, and skills assessment for nursing personnel.
Coordinate with administrative leadership, medical directors, and department heads for seamless patient care delivery.
Address and resolve administrative or operational nursing queries promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM with recognized state nursing council registration.
Experience: 1+ years of clinical experience, with at least 1–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role in ICU in a 20+ bedded setup.
Robust leadership, team-building, conflict resolution, and crisis-management abilities.
