Job Summary

We are looking for a Housekeeping Executive to join our team at Antares by RajLaxmi, Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure all assigned areas are properly maintained.
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and presentation.
Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared according to hotel standards.
Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, room readiness, and guest requirements.
Supervise and guide housekeeping associates and ensure proper allocation of duties.
Monitor linen, guest supplies, cleaning materials, and equipment.
Maintain proper records of housekeeping activities, room inspections, and inventory.
Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.




Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering team for timely resolution.
Assist in training and maintaining discipline and grooming standards within the housekeeping team.
Ensure proper use of chemicals, equipment, and cleaning procedures.
Support the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager in daily operations.

Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a reputed hotel or resort.
Good knowledge of room cleaning, public area cleaning, linen, inventory, and housekeeping procedures.
Robust supervisory and organizational skills.
Positive communication and guest-handling skills.
Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and service-oriented.
