Roles & Responbilities:
Deliver expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for Intune-managed Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, security settings, app protection, and app configuration policies.
Administer and optimize SCCM deployments: build and manage task sequences, integrate SCCM with Intune, handle patch management, and deploy OS images.
Implement and support Windows Autopilot for streamlined provisioning and deployment of devices, ensuring seamless co-management.
Configure and maintain Enrollment Status Page (ESP) to monitor and control device enrollment progress, ensuring compliance and readiness for user access during initial setup of Windows devices managed by Intune.
