About the role
Co-Design is a growing interior design studio in Hyderabad. We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee execution on our residential and commercial interior projects - making sure what's built on site matches the design, on time and to quality.
What you'll do
Supervise day-to-day site execution across active interior projects
Coordinate carpenters, contractors, vendors, and labour on site
Read and work from GFC/working drawings; ensure in office work matches the drawings and specifications
Check quality of civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, and finishing work
Verify measurements, materials, and finishes against the BOQ
Track site progress against timelines and flag delays early
Share daily site updates/reports with the design and management team
Resolve in office issues and keep work moving
What we're looking for
2–5 years' experience supervising interior fit-out or construction sites
Ability to read and interpret working/GFC drawings
Valuable knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry, and civil work
Based in or near Hyderabad, willing to be at sites daily (own two-wheeler preferred)
Telugu and Hindi speaking; basic English
Reliable, organised, and able to manage labour and vendors firmly
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
