Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen, storage, dining, and restroom areas.
Segregate and dispose of waste in designated bins and remove garbage on time.
Ensure all equipment, surfaces, and floors are cleaned and sanitized as per FSSAI and company standards.
Monitor and report shortages of housekeeping supplies and cleaning materials to the Supervisor.
Assist kitchen staff with cleaning utensils, equipment, and storage areas when needed.
Report any damage, repair needs, or maintenance issues immediately to the Supervisor.
Maintain and submit daily cleaning checklists to the supervisor.
Assist in pest control measures and ensure compliance during hygiene audits.
Follow safety measures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
