NQuantum Leap Learning Solutions is looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Editor to

Njoin our Creative ADs team in Bangalore. This is a craft-forward, senior role for an

Neditor-designer who livesat the intersection of typography, montage, and story,

Nsomeone who can read a script, internalize the intent behind it, and translate it into ad

Ncontent that moves peopleand moves numbers.

NYou will own the post-production craft on our highest-priority ad creatives, set the

Nvisual and editorial bar for the team, and partner closely with the Creative ADs editors

Nand cinematographers fromconcept through final delivery. This role expects deep

Nspecialization in kinetictypography, rhythmic montage editing, and a mature

Nunderstanding of how script, pacing, and design work together to make an AD

Nperform.

nTasks & Responsibilities:

NLead the edit and post-production craft on premium ad content short-form

N(Instagram Reels, YouTubeShorts) and long-form (brand films, campaign videos,

Npromos) with a solid point of view on pacing, structure, and payoff.

N- Design and execute advanced kinetic typography :



from ad hooks and pull-quotes

Nto full type-led sequences, with a sharp sense of hierarchy, rhythm, and brand

Nvoice.

n- Cut high-impact montage edits that carry emotion, energy, and narrative clarity,

Nwith a musical sense of timing and beat-matching.

N- Read scripts and briefsclosely, interpret intent, and shape edit decisions, cut

Norder, pacing, motion treatment, type direction, around what the script is

Nactually trying to do.

NDeliver accurate color grading, audio mixing, and finishing using Premiere Pro and

NDaVinci Resolve so every output is polished and platform-ready.

N- Design and animate motion graphics, title sequences, lower thirds, transitions,

Nand VFX in Adobe After Effects at a senior craft level.

N- Set and maintain the quality bar for the Creative ADs edit team, reviewing work,

Ngiving craft feedback, and mentoring junior editors and motion designers.

N- Build and maintain reusable motion systems, type kits, and asset libraries that

Nspeed up the team withoutdulling the craft.
